Westphalia Retirement Center is a 64 bed skilled nursing home and a 22 room residential care facility. We are located in the beautiful historic country town of Westphalia, Mo. We have a wide range of services and amenities to offer: Skilled medical, Residential care, hospice, respite, and rehabilitation. We provide 24 hour a day licensed care and 24 hour a day on-call physician services. Our in house therapy program offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech as well as Restorative therapy. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance.
