In the event you have any problems because of a defect in materials or workmanship, don't worry. You are supplied with a list of all the names and phone numbers of the general contractor and each of the subcontractors who built your home. During the first year, when most problems of this nature are likely to show, we'll repair any problem that is our fault. This does not cover problems because of neglect or abuse, or Acts of God. Our goal at Ozark Meadows is your worry free, maintenance free, retirement in a quality home, built in a quality community.
