24 hour security. The outside doors are locked at 8 PM. A visitor or resident may gain entrance after that time by pressing the call buzzer located on the wall in the front vestibule area. An Oak Tree staff member will voice contact you to acknowledge your request for entry.

Emergency call system in each bathroom and bedroom.
Outdoor deck for walking and relaxation and to enjoy the natural surroundings and wildlife.
Housekeeping services are provided as needed. Trash is collected daily. Residential Care Apartments are cleaned as necessary, but no less than weekly. This includes dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning.
Laundry services are provided at no additional cost. Bed linens are changed on a weekly basis, more often if necessary.
Four sizes of Residential Care Apartments are available. Each apartment is equipped with shower and/or tub units, toilet, refrigerator and preparation kitchen.
Resident controlled heating and air conditioning in our Residential Care Apartments. Our nursing center is zone controlled by staff members.
Private and semi-private Nursing Center rooms are available.
Continuum of care is available from residential care to long term care.
Ample closet and cabinet space is provided.
24 hour licensed nurses.
Special locked drawer provided in each apartment.
Personal mail is placed in a keyed mailbox or hand delivered to your apartment by our staff members. Outgoing mail can be placed in the mailbox located by the reception area or given to Oak Tree staff members.
Wander Guard system to selectively monitor residents in our Nursing Center.
Staff members are always available should you need assistance.
Beauty/Barber shop services are provided through the services of a licensed beautician without charge.

Enclosed courtyard area to accommodate residents who wish to browse through our landscaped grounds. Within this area is outdoor furniture so you can visit with friends or just enjoy the great outdoors.
Cable television is provided at no additional charge, basic channels plus HBO.
Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy.
Three meals per day plus snacks. Our Registered Dietician supervises all menus. Special diets will be accommodated in the Nursing Center.
Separate dining areas for Residential and Nursing Center Residents.
Visitors are welcome anytime. They may share a meal with you by calling in your reservations in advance. The cost per meal is $3.00 per meal.
Assistance is provided with bathing as per need basis in Residential Center.
Apollo whirlpool bathing system is available to help make the Nursing Center Residents feel relaxed and to make the bath a more pleasant experience.
Medication administration is available as per the order of the attending physician for Residential Care. All medication is administered in the Nursing Center. All medication must be packaged in unit dose packs as outlined in the medication policies of Oak Tree Villas.
Oak Tree Villas does not have a central switchboard. If you wish to have a personal phone, you will need to contact Sprint.
