Every week our Nursing Department, Social Service Designee, Dietary Manager, and Activity Director meet with family members and guests to formulate a “Care Plan.” Our goal is to encourage independence and to examine areas for improvement. All departments are empowered to make on-site decisions to improve quality of care.
