The on-site Rehab program consists of Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Audiology, Restorative nursing, and Music therapy. Each therapy is designed to help residents achieve and maintain their highest levels of independence. The therapist and nursing department work together to provide care for residents with unstable medical conditions following hospitalization, critically ill persons requiring long term care, and those who are unable to live independently.
Restorative nursing is available to those requiring maintenance after the Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies have attained their health care goals. Restorative nursing maintains and monitors the resident at this time to ensure that the highest functioning level of quality of life is acquired. We have available a hot tub and heated indoor pool. Arthritis Groups are invited to use the pool for therapeutic water aerobics, and residents are invited to participate.
